Louise Reid

Louise specialises in a wide range of commercial matters which include acting for restaurants, health clubs, hospitals, medium/large scale commercial/housing developers on all aspects of development from site acquisition to the planning stage through to construction and the subsequent granting of leases and sales.

She has acted for medical and dental professionals for over 23 years and can advise on most aspects of their businesses which includes buying and selling practices, private and NHS, dealing with the Care Quality Commission, related employment, partnership, expense sharing arrangements, corporate matters when the practices are held by companies.  She advises on all property related work including licensing, commercial leases and residential conveyancing.

In her private life, she is a trustee for Youth Concern and enjoys travel, cooking and gardening
